kohyxyu reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of the Platform require you to register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
4.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify kohyxyu immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 Account Termination
kohyxyu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other Users, or kohyxyu.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of accessing educational webinars, interactive sessions, and related learning materials.
You must not use the Platform in any way that:

— Infringes the intellectual property rights of kohyxyu or any third party;
— Transmits unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
— Introduces malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
— Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems;
— Disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity or performance of the Platform;
— Collects or harvests data about other Users without their consent;
— Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Content
All Content provided by kohyxyu, including but not limited to webinar recordings, presentations, course materials, graphics, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of kohyxyu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of kohyxyu. Downloading or recording live or recorded sessions is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
6.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or post any Content through the Platform, including questions, comments, or materials shared during sessions, you grant kohyxyu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and process that Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your submitted Content and represent that you have the right to grant this licence.
7. Webinar Participation
7.1 Conduct During Sessions
Users participating in live webinars or interactive sessions are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a session and suspension of your Account.
7.2 Recording and Sharing
You must not record, screenshot, or redistribute any live or pre-recorded session content without the explicit written permission of kohyxyu. Shared or redistributed content may infringe third-party rights and may result in legal action.
7.3 Session Availability
kohyxyu does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific session, recording, or feature. Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled, cancelled, or modified at kohyxyu's discretion.
8. Payments and Refunds
8.1 Fees
Access to certain features or sessions may require payment. All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to the stated price and any associated conditions.
8.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final once access to a session or material has been granted.
8.3 Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact kohyxyu at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. kohyxyu will review the dispute and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools and services. These are provided for convenience only. kohyxyu does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform and all Content are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. kohyxyu does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Content provided through the Platform, including webinar materials and expert commentary, is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. Users should seek independent professional guidance before acting on any information obtained through the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kohyxyu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if kohyxyu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall kohyxyu's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to kohyxyu in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kohyxyu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Modifications to the Service
kohyxyu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. kohyxyu shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
15. Governing Terms
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and kohyxyu with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by kohyxyu to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
